Well, I mean Team Rocket did recently take over the social media accounts of Pokemeon. So catching a Pikachu shouldn’t be too hard.

I knew that Generation II section was going to be a long one. Those games have some of the worst Pokémon distribution, in my opinion. Not only were old favorites like Pikachu saved for the post-game but so were Pokémon which got people excited for Johto, like almost every Dark- and Steel-type!
