Honestly, this show is just a lot of fun. There are running jokes that are easy to pick up on. I often forget that these guys aren’t my friends and that they aren’t huge. Yes these contradictory thoughts exist simultaneously.

I’ve been listening for a while now, on Spotify specifically. But I had to drop onto here to write this review! The Chews Crew gives me endless entertainment, a full meal of goofs and laughs to listen to on the bus ride home. Never judge a book by its cover, and you’ll find this podcast is the same. Under it’s innocuous cover as a cooking show, the crew delivers on every flavor of comedy you could dream. It really feels like a full table of friends, the camaraderie is there in force. Nothing quite brightens a long day like a good podcast, and I can assure you, this will be your delightful dessert for enduring the week’s challenges.

I’m so excited about season 2 with new co-host Brielle DeMirjian! Even if you don’t like Pokémon you will still enjoy this podcast. The hosts are witty and authentic. Also pumped about their new Patreon memberships. Five stars!

I’ve listened to at least 23 different podcasts in my life and this one is my second favorite of all. Collin and Brandon have made me laugh so hard that I’ve literally cried, multiple times! And I’m not flippantly using the word ‘literally’. I truly mean it. This podcast is beyond beautiful. I very highly recommend listening, even if you’re not a fan of Pokemon. Seriously. My only complaint is that I want more episodes and they may not come.

I’ve been listening to this show since the pandemic and have watched this show evolve SO MUCH and both Doug & Chris always make me laugh. They have calmed down a ton on cursing as well to where I now allow my daughter to listen to them in my car.

I found this podcast on Twitter months ago and saw that they’re covering the manga series now among other Pokemon projects and think this is such a great move. I have read almost all of the manga series and to take this project on as a one man show and keeping it interesting is awesome! Great job professor!
