Question: Is there any rule that says the piece has to have been made specifically for this, or can it be something I had made before hand?

Oh. sorry for not paying enough attention to the OP, I was really tired at the time of that post and didn't think to check the rules before asking.

EDIT: I just read the rules. Does new mean made specifically for this, or new as in just made recently? Like, could I have made it a week ago and then enter it now? That would still be pretty new.

All artwork entered into WAR must be made once the theme has been posted and not a day, three days, or even a week before-hand.

That's how it's always been, to make it fair for everyone.
