So I fell down some steps tonight. It was great. Not really. I hurt. A lot. Nevertheless, my roommate and I took this opportunity to take a selfie. Seems like a great idea if you ask me. We've highlighted my injuries.

Did you bandage on an icepack on your lower right leg, and how did that work for you?
