I found time to answer questions in-between a heated smash session against Sivelos (he usually won, but not always). It officially no longer counts as an excuse.

That's what you think Tazz. I tend to use up my entire battery unlocking specials. Currently up to BJ, with most of the roster still ahead.

I have the 3DS 1.0 so it's old, a bit scratched, and battery is meh-ish. I'm not upgrading to the XL since it had nothing new except battery or getting a new one of any sort because they announced a "new" one which is a true upgrade with actual hardware improvements. We shall call it 2.0?

I love Bowser Jr. I use the Ludwig skin, but same thing, I guess.

Yea BJ is funny. Not one of my favorites, but all the kids have their own voices and even the announcer notices when you change skins. My only complaint is that BJ runs a bit slow to start off and this is a problem in Smash Run with all the room they give you, even with customs that boost speed. I feel like even his father is faster.

Yeah, but he makes up for it in his raw power. His side smash is very good at breaking shields.

Consider how powerful The Koopalings are, and how unpredictable at times. Several attacks start out near-identically, they have a lot of kill moves and some good range (and I speak from having Ludwig hand the Duck Hunt Dog and Pikachu some nasty pain, courtesy of Sivelos). Their only 'weak' special is the Mecha Koopa deployer, and that still kind of makes the ground hazardous and can set them up in the air; everything else has the potential to ruin your day quickly. He's also smaller than Bowser (harder to hit) and has a better recovery (he's not completely vulnerable during the fall time), and his defensive is...Average. Which is good enough in this case.

That he's kind of on the slow-ish side is probably done to migigate the offensive power.
