If you manage to complete your Sapphire Nuzlocke you should send them to generation 5, where they can hopefully battle against my Emerald team! :D

Alright, so, I searched on the interwebs for cheats help for Fire Red Omega, because I couldn't get Flash. HOWEVER, in Fire Red Omega, Flash is not needed to help get through Rock Tunnel because it is now lit. Thanks champagne internet!
