Good try, buddy. Who're you?
*The RP continues unimpeded!*
Good try, buddy. Who're you?
I'm a member who has hardly been here. But I'm trying to become more active here now.
Hm. Well, killing the RP is a lost cause. Why not join it to kill time?
Because I have no idea what the RP is about. And I wouldn't be here enough to take an active role in it.
Ah. That sucks.
Basically. Fufufu…
Apoph: Your laugh is weird.
Yeah, well yours is too. Sucks to have the same body, huh?
Apoph: How would you know? You never made this body for me.
Mr. Ice: *comes back* Er… Is it alright for me to be around…?
*cackles madly at Mr Ice*
*grins toothily*
Mr. Ice: I don't think we've been properly introduced...
Oh, Ecrivain, you're so random...
Carcino: I'm still kind of stuck on the issue that you're not brothers...
...Much less a Tyrant Overlord...Aren't those guys the kings of a large majority of demons in a Superdimension? At least two-thirds? That's one hell of an empire you lost...
*Ingredients for several powerful weapons abound. However, one catches your eye: ETERNITY'S JOURNAL, which outshines your recently-obtained NITROUS by quite a bit. An ULTIMATE BLACKSMITH would have to be it's maker, as it's otherwise impossible. One Recipe for it requires NITROUS, 1000 SOMETHING COLD AND EERIE, 1 SOMETHING IMPOSSIBLE, 10 TIME'S REGRETS, and 1 TIME'S REMORSE. In fact, it is the only recorded Recipe for it. Everything else matches, or is inferior to THE NITROUS, or the rest of your gear for that matter.
*The ULTIMATE ORGIAN GLAIVE doesn't seem to be reacting right now...Doesn't seem very powerful at all, in fact.*
*TAZZ uses THE LOCATOR to track FORGE! IT's incredibly quick due to the lack of entities to track from the genocide Baal put them through-he lives within your Solar System! Of course, you still have to wait to contact him, as you've been ordered to stay put.*
*You fail! However, you waltz right into a pack of mercenaries more than capable of killing you, including a Jirachi that just oozes impossible potential. They don't even bat an eye.*
*We're a casual RP, though there is a lot of stuff to know, we don't require any SUs. Just make up a suiting class for your needs and go!*
((I'm not going to quote the rest of this.))
*TAZZ walks up to BAHAMUT, who's been off on his own.*
Tazz: So, who are you-
Bahamut: Do you really want to know? I think it stretches the willing suspension of disbelief too much.
Tazz: Say what you are or your usefulness goes out of a window, you did NOT just wind up in the middle of The Void with no explamation and no username.
Bahamut:...I was technically already there before you came in.
Tazz: So what are you? The Black?
Bahamut: No. But the Black was me...And his name was Avalon, you know.
Tazz: Note taken, not caring. I'm listening, though.
Bahamut:...I'm a really old dead Legend from well before this reality. I got immediately killed on birth, thrown void-wards, saved by the current Oblivion Lord of the time, accepted a position in the Wraithguard, got a vision of the future wherein existence was annihilated by some madman's desires, and then rushed to attempt to ressurect myself in the flesh to stop him...Problem was, that's tricky...
Tazz:...Go on...
Bahamut:...This wasn't the highlight of my time as a thinking being, but I knew that, if a ghost possesses a child before it's conceieved, it slips in as the soul instead of the soul that-
Tazz: OK, what happened to foil your plans? You said you weren't The Black...Unless you just lied to me for some stupid reason.
Bahamut: I tried that on the kid that would become Avalon. I was a little late, but normally that wouldn't be a problem...However, he had a special ability called The Chains of Light, which are incredibly rare. You can't really find them, anywhere. One of the many powers associated with it is, basically, if you're caught on the chain you lose all control-you are effectively a puppet of the user until he lets go, and if he doesn't, it can become permanent. You wouldn't need the chain. In short...
Tazz:...You got chained. Sounds reasonable.
Bahamut: Yeah. I'm not entirely sure if that was intentional or not, that's the stupid thing. But there's more. Antoher ability associated with the chains are that, if it becomes permanent, then any powers and memories you had are now in the hands of the person who chained you...But the process of chaining me annihilated my memories, and I fell unconscious. As for powers, someone that young wouldn't develop them until later. My involvement with the story effectively stops there, except I served as a witness to everything he ever did. I can tell you...Avalon may be the Oblivion Lord now, but by no means does Bloodhound not have a point that he's incredibly bad. I do not justify the slaughter of 5 million people on the basis that they had the ability and the motive to harm oneself.
Tazz: You need to justify it? They would have dropped L00T, and if they were going to kill you-
*Bahamut facepalms.*
Bahamut:...People didn't drop L00T back then. Also, most of the time-
Tazz: Wait, what? Thing didn't drop L00T when killed?! I, I cannot believe that. That is, wholly foreign to my mind. Like, what kind of whacked-up world did you LIVE in?!
*Bahamut performs the rare and highly dangerous facepalm X2 combo.*
Bahamut: AUGH! Basically, he's not a hero. Not irredeemable, though, no matter what Bloodhound may say, but his morality is kind of focused on if it can kill him or people who like him. Typically as neutral as they got-and lazy as he could be as well. I could go on about this, but I just need you to know that he can fit himself into any role that he needs to-and he's an actor of incredible potential. That, and he is aware of what I'm aware of. Those memories didn't just flood back to me all at once, we'd both known them for a long while now...It's a very long story. But in short. He's going to be basically attempting the same thing I did. He's probably going to be much more successful at it than I was as well...That was a nigh-impossible chance I wound up into.
*Silence*
Bahamut:...In any case...He's going to hide, basically, and try to fit into a wholly different life. He's a master actor, and his abilities and memories will carry over-maybe not instantly, but they definitely will He's not going to want to be found, either...By anyone, really,if he can help it. Not even the Wraithguard. He doesn't exactly like his job.
Tazz: So he's hiding even more securely than we'd think? He's basically already got a body back?
Bahamut: No, but that's what he's going to try to do, at least. Once that's happened, it would be relatively easy to conceal power, as it wouldn't come out until around teenage-ish years, by which point he'll have the motor skills required to build a concealment device. At that point, he'll basically be invisible to everyone. That would be his end goal.
Tazz: So, that's a problem solved-
Bahamut: We need to find him before he achieves this. Seriously.
Tazz: Why?
Bahamut: He's got power unlike anyone else, he's not irredeemable but has no moral attachments bar to the people he made trust with, and concealing his power means that nobody will know they're going to annihilate existence by killing him. In other words, given a little more motivation he can do horrible, horrible deeds and officially go bad-and given his power a huge tyrrany under his command isn't impossible. Not to mention, there are factions out there that would exploit his state prior to re-obtaining his powers. The RaGNaK would just gut him to cause Armageddon, and the Unity of the Legion would-
Tazz: The uniwhat?
Bahamut:...Ask Sivelos. But they'd Brainwash him to service if he wasn't compliant. Or she. I just call him a he because that's techncially what he was born as, but in all honesty he might not care for gender.
Tazz:...Too much Info.
Bahamut: OK sorry.
Tazz: OK, so, we need to find him or else he's either going to turn into a BIGGER a**hole than Bloodhound insists he is, the RaGNaK will gut him, or the Uniwhatever will brainwash him and do horrible deeds. No problem, we're the protagonists and we cannot fail, even if our endeavors are stupid.
Bahamut: Exactly what I wanted to hear...As for finding him, we have a few edges, as I know how he thinks and acts better than anyone due to my link. The Wriathguard do too, but considering that The Black will try to conceal himself the best we can, we can assume that he's going to prioritize secrecy above all else. This means several things: First, he will be in a Blackout Zone, where the senses the Wriathguard are relying on will not work, much less any sensor whatsoever. Second, he will NOT be picky and will rebirth himself as any sapient species he can, in any gender as well. Third, he will probably attempt to go somewhere where technology is enough to build himself a concealment device on top of the previous Blackout Zone. Fourth, he won't go to any deathworlds because they're needlessly dangerous. Fifth, he will attempt to look as unrelated to the conflict as possible. Sixth, he will NOT go to anywhere where there are Elder Souls about, especially not on the same planet, or even near it. That would jeopardize him via association, however slim. Seventh he will be very young at this stage, possibly unable to defend himself at all, though he might attempt to work around this. Eighth, he will likely choose the most dominant species on any given planet unless it's a giveaway or too narrow a pool to hide in-by which I mean, if there are several species and one is a ruling class, he will pick the ruling class species, or the species directly under it if they're not plentiful enough. And last but not least, he will have the same aura as before due to having the same soul, so any Aura scans will instantly reveal if someone is Avvie...And, I know someone who has memorized his aura color. Still a needle in a stack of needles search, but that'll help narrow it down...
Tazz: Who?
Bahamut: We'll have to go back to Dionysus first and convince him into letting her into our custody, though...
Tazz: Who?!
Bahamut: Sorry, it's a Lucario with a broken spike named-
Scyez the Shiny Lucario, who nobody here forgot about: Heyoooooo mister! Heyoooooooooooooooooooooooooo! My name is Scyez...Oh my Gawrshness!
Bahamut:...
Tazz: Her name is ALSO Scyez, isn't it.
Scyez: Mister Tazzy Mister Tazzy! Who is this cute person and why is he so huggable?! *Scyez immediately hugs Bahamut, who narrowly avoids impalement via barb.*
Bahamut:...Yes...In fact, they're related. This is Scyez Senior...
Scyez: Oh oh oh oh! Mister Tazzy Mister Tazzy, you want to meet my adorable girl? You want to meet my big cuteness all-grown-up? I know where she is, I can take you Mister Tazzy, and she will be a smiawey and adorable as well.
Tazz:...Uh, We'll do that soon-ish, when the narrative dictates we must?
Scyez: Oh, OK!
*Scyez runs off*
Bahamut:...How'd you find her?!
Tazz: She found me, more accurately?
Bahamut:...I think that is as logical an explanation as I will ever get. But, just so you're properly warned...Scyez Junior is...More unhinged.
Tazz:...You know what? I'm not going to question that.
