Multiple targets perish from the impact, the targets directly hit outright die, and APOPH has gained a new Uniquetech to replace HAVOC WING: SYSTEM CRASH, wherein he uses the PLANET ON A STICK to transform into a whole, full-size SOLAR SYSTEM, then slam it at the unfortunate soul!*

It LOOKS like a gun, but isn't-it supposedly is used by firing it at the brain, however, so he's making sure that distinction is readily apparent so idiots don't kill themselves by confusing the two. It apparently releases potential otherwise impossible to access-what this potential is, however, fails to be specified in the document. VAXUS is near completion, and is highly curious as to its nature-He's a blacksmith, not a physicist. The Espionage agents did not last very long after getting these blueprints into him, either.*
