*The GREY MEN are invisible! You can't see them! But you happen to hit one as it attempts to backstab TAZZ, revealing its location. It shrugs off the attack thanks to its forcefield, but the damage has been done.*

*SIVELOS attacks LYCAIN with a ANNIHILASER! LYCAIN takes the hit, but keeps on coming.*

Lycain: HAH! You think a fancy lightshow is enough to take me down!? Think again!

Apoph: How about this, then? *APOPH attacks from above, bringing his PLANET ON A STICK right onto LYCAIN's face. But LYCAIN takes the attack like a pro, not even taking a single bit of damage!*

Lycain: Oh, is that the best you've got, "Almighty Sovereign?" Let me show you what a true attack is! *LYCAIN uses SLAM DUNK! APOPH is tossed up into the air, and then instantly slammed down into the DOOM LAVA as if he were a beach ball. APOPH respawns, a bit shaken.*

Apoph: Tch...

((What a coincidence, so am I.))

Lycain: Bluh… These impudents think I'm some sort of pet dog… IT WAS ONE TIME, THAT HAPPENED! And that lady was so nice… Whatever! Grey Men!

*The GREY MEN ready their weapons. They're humanoid, with grey and black armor obviously meant for stealth. In one hand, they wield a pistol for ranged attacks, and in the other hand, is a glowing red Tiger Claw that, just by looking at it, is based off of a more powerful version of the ATOMIC DISASSEMBLERS you saw the DWARVES using long ago. Being that VAXUS is a dwarf, he probably designed these. Nevertheless, avoid the GREY MEN's deadly tiger claws at all costs. They have knifes strapped to their waists, obviously meant for backstabbing. They also seem to be shimmering slightly, due to potent forcefields that surround them. Find a way to disable the forcefields, and you should be able to damage them.*

*LYCAIN, on the other hand, is a Wolfman-*

Lycain: Thank you.

*- with a set of equally deadly TIGER CLAWS.*

*The GREY MEN start off the fight by vanishing into thin air… They haven't teleported, but they are invisible. Be careful, GREY MEN are renowned for being expert assassins, and this is no exception.*

*LYCAIN, meanwhile, uses EXTREME SPEED! Using his powerful canine legs, LYCAIN lunges forward, TIGER CLAWS-first.*

WOAH! *SIVELOS managed to narrowly avoid the attack. He came dangerously close to the edge…*

Okay guys… Lycain's a huge Lightning Bruiser, and has an immense resistance to physical damage, so don't use physical attacks. Also, St- *SIVELOS is interrupted by a GREY MAN appearing and attempting to push him off. SIVELOS slices the GREY MAN with ULTIMATE GALAXIA, to no avail. The forcefield intercepts the attack, causing it to bounce off into SIVELOS's face. The GREY MAN vanishes once more.*

*Looks like a tough fight.*

This is Thunder the Pikachu! Somehow he can control flying with these balloon's!


Thunder: Hey!

*some GREY MAN tries to attack DENNIS from behind but THUNDER uses Thunder on him*

*SAVAGE UPBRAID! a GRAY MAN bites the dust!*

*A GREY MAN appears, popping the balloons with its pistol. Down THUNDER plummets. The GREY MAN vanishes once more.*

Maybe this isn't the best weapon for this fight… *SIVELOS swaps out ULTIMATE GALAXIA for the THUNDER EDGE. Why would he swap out his strongest weapon for a weaker one - albeit the difference in strength isn't major - is certainly confusing.*

As I was saying… He's healed by- *SIVELOS is again interrupted by an EXTREME SPEED to the face, courtesy of LYCAIN. LYCAIN attempts to use some sort of item on SIVELOS… But it fails! LYCAIN grunts.*

Lycain: No thanks, buddy. I can't have people spouting my entire life story.

*THUNDER uses Thunder randomly around trying to hit the invicible GREY MEN*

*The EARTHQUAKE quakes… It doesn't really seem to do much to most of the GREY MEN but one of them falters. Their forcefield fades, leaving it vulnerable! It seems enough physical impact will cause their forcefields to fail.*

Lycain: *sounds of anguish*

Oh look, the Wolfman's having a fit…

*The vulnerable GREY MAN looks a bit startled since its forcefield was broken. It's fiddling with a speaker built into its helmet. It might call for repairs! WAIL ON IT WHILE YOU CAN!!*

*The other GREY MEN take no damage thanks to their forcefield, but trip up due to the seismic force!*

*LYCAIN, on the other hand, takes the EARTHQUAKE like a boss, again taking no damage from a physical attack. LYCAIN retorts with SONIC ARMAGEDDON! LYCAIN roars, letting out a noise so ungodly loud that it deals a large amount of damage! You all take a big hit!*

[Ganyu]

Invisible men? Some mist would be good right now. *casts Nebelgeist*

*proceeds to stab the air, and hopefully grey men, with Lames De Brouillard*

*The mist is unfortunately blocked off by the GREY MENs' forcefield. However, the unlucky sap whose forcefield was currently down takes the hit!*

Grey Man: ...!

*The wounded GREY MAN's forcefield comes back online! The GREY MAN vanishes once more.*

*THUNDER's usage of THUNDER is noted! It strikes none but LYCAIN, who takes minor damage. LYCAIN is huge physical damage sponge, make use of magic and non-physical attacks on him!*

*LYCAIN uses UNIQUETECH: REALITY CLAW! LYCAIN's tiger claws glow, and reality bends around them... Then, LYCAIN strikes, moving like lightning! BAHAMUT is struck by REALITY CLAW!*

*SIVELOS uses FORCE OF NATURE! Projecting powerful seismic force through the floor, the GREY MEN topple over! Two GREY MEN's forcefields are down!*

*APOPH uses UNIQUETECH: FANGS OF APOPHIS! Morphing into his APOPHIS form, APOPH gobbles up one of the vulnerable GREY MEN, crushing it in his mighty jaws. Several types of damage are dealt onto the unfortunate GREY MAN, dealing enough damage to finish it off! APOPH spits out the L00T that spawned in his mouth. APOPH then returns to his humanoid form.*

Apoph: Blech...

*TWO out of Six GREY MEN have been defeated!*

Bahamut: OK...I have a crazy idea!

*the ANGEL persona appears behind BAHAMUT. You haven't actually seen one in action. The GRAY MEN are startled by this, and LYCIAN, though confident in his ability to tank, is wary. He then remembers with his not-so-average IQ that his claw is still stuck in BAHAMUT, and by extension, he's right next to him!*

Bahamut: MAGARA!

*The ANGEL PERSONA's wings fold in around it...*

Bahamut:...Uhh...

*And then they blow back out.*

*By all accounts, the simple fact of the matter is, no-one thought that it would actually do that much damage. The Actuator top deck is literally torn off, revealing the underbelly of the beast-not like it matters. The GRAY MAN, for all of their gear, did not pack jetpacks or any form of flight, and hopelessly plummet to inevitable demise in the DOOM LAVA, if they weren't already dead from the attack itself. LYCIAN himself has taken no more damage than the rest of the GRAY MEN, yet has depleted himself to half. Nearby small ships crash into other ships-one heads right for the GRAND ZYZ's underbelly!*

*Meanwhile, back with VAXUS, he has finished his creation, a so-called EVOKER! He is confident its use will not kill its wielder. Simultaniously, he has received word that he has won the lottery for the ninth time in a row! His luck is the one exception to his sub-par stats, as quite frankly he exists as one of the top ten luckiest entities in existence, specifically the ninth most lucky! This has saved his rear in multiple deadly encounters. As he contemplates his luck, a massive ship plows through, bashing through the wall closest to him but doing nothing else. He was very close to that wall-another inch and he'd be hit. See? Lucky!*

*Double meanhwile, while TAURUS investigates DIMENSIONAL LAG, the unfortunate corpse of a GARY MAN plows into his room and connects! He is hit square in the head and takes...Actual damage! LIke, that was a sincere blow, the kind that hasn't felt in a LONG while! He's simultaniously impressed...And very angry. He quickly investigates, as he was not paying attention to the fight when BAHAMUT used his persona's MAGARA.

*...Bahamut looks rather winded after that extreme attack, but on the other hand, now it's a straight-up boss fight with no flunkies to stop you. Or at least, no OP flunkies, as belowdecks a group of MOP SAILORS were mopping away.*

*PANDORA uses AIR CANNON, not damaging LYCIAN at all but pushing him close to the edge! You suddenly realize that contractual boss immunity does NOT cover DOOM LAVA!*

[Ganyu]

Well then, what penetrates the forcefield? *transmutates the mist into water; casts Brine (yes, pokemon)*

[Sir Sivelos]

*DOOM LAVA. That's what. Also, the GREY MEN are dead.*

Lycain: Buh… HAH! HAHAHAHAHAROOOO! I was right about you, archer. *LYCAIN leaps away from the edge.* You really do pack a punch. Didn't expect that!

Taurus: Neither did I. Lycain?

Lycain: Ruff?

Taurus: I think I'll join you. It's time I experienced whether the reports are accurate or not.

*LYCAIN grins, or as well as a wolf-headed humanoid can, and then uses SPACIAL REND! LYCAIN, tearing a DIMENSIONAL HOLE open with his TIGER CLAWS, leaps through and appears behind PANDORA, performing a wide slash that connects!*

*SIVELOS catches on to PANDORA's scheme and uses WHIRLWIND on LYCAIN! LYCAIN is blown a bit closer to the DOOM LAVA, but not enough!*

*You also feel a huge power, originating from the very back of the fleet, shift and head your way. This can be none other than TAURUS, the GRANDMASTER of the LEGION. If your energy sensing isn't failing you, you might want to defeat LYCAIN post-haste, grab KAMI LORD's corpse, and get the **** out before you have to fight and inevitably die to TAURUS' wrath!*
