*SIVELOS and the LEGENDARIES keep on attacking BLOODHOUND. Meanwhile, LC and APOPH are spamming whatever glue-based attacks they have to clog up Niddy's pores.*

*There is no oxygen! The attack fails, because you're currently breathing the totally breathable Dimensional Fabric! In any case, Nidhogg would have blown it up quickly anyways. The Firemen quickly MELT off the GLUE put on as well, because the Glue is still vulnerable to melting (else it wouldn't solidify, or be found in a liquid form at all). It seems they're far better prepared this time. Looking closer, it seems that the FIREMEN's armor incorporates ARCHEON, the ARMS OF ATLAS, and the ARCHANGEL'S AEGIS, all at once-the ARCHEON as a set of claws on one arm, the AEGIS as itself on another, and mini-ARMS OF ATLAS also on both of their guantlets, allowing them to fire MINI-ARROWS of extreme deadliness. They look far more dangerous than before. Very ELITE. On the other hand, they have to be defeated for Nidhogg to even be remotely vulnerable, it seems, so it's best to take care of this NOW.*

*BLOODHOUND dodges the attacks the Legends sends his way the best he can, which is actually very good. Some do hit for minor damage, however, and BLOODHOUND is forced to the defensive for now.*

*Cue the ACID SHOTS from NIDHOGG'S PORES. It appears to go straight through his chain mail and right onto your units, decimating them!*

*OMINOUS rushes up to BLOODHOUND and uses LV. 9000 STONE EDGE! It misses, natch...*

*STORM leaps onto NIDHOGG'S back and uses WIND CRASH! Elder Souls don't have leveled techniques. IN any case, STORM creates a mighty, mighty wind that blows many of the ELITE FIREMEN right off!*

*TAZZ leaps onto NIDHOGG's back and uses LV. 9999 BLIZZARD on the ELITE FIREMEN. They have a weakness to STOGICK and CRYGICK, so this works out very well. It coincidentally freezes up NIDHOGG somewhat, but the ELITE FIREMEN he doesn't hit fix that issue.*

*VELVETINE clobbers a FIREMEN that fell off! His brainwashing ability activates, and he sends the FIREMEN into a locked-up chamber on his ship...Congradulations, you've captured an ELITE FIREMEN, and after some reverse-engineering can delploy your own soon! Considering the grade of FIREMEN you've just got, this is exceptionally good!*

*REBECCA uses LV. 9999 FLARE OF PALUTAENA! A massive firework shines in the air above REBECCA, beckoning enemies to slam into her tanky self!*

*SIVELOS flies to TAZZ and STORM to help them out with the ELITE FIREMEN. Meanwhile, APOPH turns his attention to BLOODHOUND, and morphs into his APOPHIS form, which boasts higher offensive stats and speed than his more tanky RA form.*

*genetically augments the abilities of the captured Elite Firemen; immunity to water elements as well as an general stat enhancement*

*summons Water Elemental Birds (12); they surround Rebecca with Aqua Veil (an enhanced version of Aqua Ring, effectively making her an extremely-hard-to-kill tank)*

*What is this Dimensional Fabric?*

*casts Swallowing Nocturne; an AOE sleep spell only resisted by Dark and Light units; a giant shadow cloaks Nidhogg as though there's a big hole in the sky, enemy units falling beneath the shadow become drowsy and soon fall asleep*

*Meanwhile, SIVELOS is working on NIDHOGG with TAZZ and STORM, and APOPH and LC is working on BLOODHOUND.*

*There's no such THING as unit type! However, this will be treated as Light weakness and Dark resistance OR Dark weakness and Light Resistance. Unfortunately, Nidhogg is (by 1%-) weak to Light and (by 99%+) resistant to Dark (Pluses=resist and minuses=weakness), and the Firemen resist Light (by 50%+) and are weak to dark (by 50%-), so the attack gets nowhere and dissipates almost instantly!*

*ECRIVAIN improves your ONE ELITE FIREMAN. However, you don't have an army and cannot deploy them! You need time to figure out HOW, though having a whole unit there to study will make that a cakewalk after this is over!*

*the triple team of SIVELOS, TAZZ and LIGHT CHAOS are wrecking the FIREMEN, though it's a slow process. This doesn't stop NIDHOGG'S pore cannons at all, though, and he keeps steamrolling your units!*

Tazz: OH YES WE ARE WRECKING YOU! EAT IT! EEEAAAAATTTT ITTTT AAAAAAAAAAAAAALLL!!!

*The Trapbusters are disarming your traps at this stage! There's a lot, so it'll take some time, but you don't have time to waste!*

*Meanwhile, the LEGENDARY POKEMON, OMINOUS and APOPH all rush after BLOODHOUND! His evasion is insane, however, and all attacks miss!*

Bloodhound: I was deemed worthy of being Entei by my predecessor-also Entei. Did you think I wasn't going to try to outdo him? It's best that a successor outdoes the predecessor!

Current Entei: Then I'll have an easy time proving you obsolete!

Bloodhound:...That one went backwards...

YESSSSSSS!!! *SIVELOS continues wrecking the FIREMEN, now using DARK attacks. LIGHT CHAOS, obviously not possessing any proper dark attacks, directs his attention to the TRAPBUSTERS, debuffing them in the span of a second thanks to TEMPORAL MARATHON, before brutally taking the offensive. APOPH continues wailing on BLOODHOUND, applying accuracy buffs to himself.*

*attempts to copy and splice the genetics of the Fireman*

*Hmm, maybe some vats with mimicry oozes would speed things up; searches the ship*

*manages to only find one vat, empty, however remembering Artificer of the Infinite, approximately four hundred gallons of mimicry oozes were produced, stored in that one vat and a plethora of receptacles, some including containers, oil barrels, syringe guns, and whatever the phantom deemed suitable for holding fluids*

*with the mimicry oozes, the extraction of DNA immediately began; at least three hours later (time within the ship was accelerated (read: Chrono Code) separately from the rest, thereby making one hour outside equal to three within), around a dozen and slightly more Elite Fireman models were manufactured; All that's left now, is to program a command center and an interlinking neurosystem, as well as some form of sentience to rival artificial intelligence*
