One of the strongest Bonus Bosses existing currently, and an Elder Soul to boot. i.e., probably stronger than a lot of things we're going to encounter for a while. And I mean, a WHILE.
Also, he basically slaughtered like... two thirds of the multiverse I made. So yeah, he's kind of a jerk sometimes.
