@3m0d0ll: That was Pe2k. Also, no one did it last year, why would it be okay this year? It was brought up last year, and my answer was no. I'm all for good fun, but it's kind of a pain in the butt to sift through joke votes.

The difference is Forum Staff vs. Site Staff is Moderators vs. Editors and Staff. Site Designers like Eric, Gemma, and myself account for both. Just as well, Sarah generally oversees the Forum, while Ray oversees the Site.

For more emphasis: Dragon Master Mike is a Site Writer, Caite-Chan is a Senior Editor. They're primarily Site Staff. While Saraibre Ryu and Grassy_Aggron are Moderators, and are primarily Forum Staff.
