Their movesets are so weird. Amelia definitely is the stronger of the two though since she's the only one with a STAB move (she learned Sacred Fire at level 12). Carina was definitely the harder of the two to draw (which should shock no one because I draw quilava so often). I might try to draw them again in the future we'll see. It'd be good practice learning how to draw Hippowdon better.
