After a month of no Xbox thanks to leaving my tv cable at my parents', I've finally got it back, and played my way through all of Halo 3 for the umpteenth time. Fanboying over Halo aside, I'm playing Pokemon Y on my 3DS as I usually do.

I also plan on playing through ME1 again, this time playing as myself over purposely acting like a fool the whole way through and watching many of my allies die from my stupid choices.

I can't bring myself to not be the ultimate hero in such story driven RPGs. I immerse myself a little too much. There are definitely some renegade options that I habitually take throughout the series, but I'm always far and away a paragon and completionist. With the exception of the one unavoidable instance in ME1, I've always made it through 1 and 2 without loosing anyone.

Edit: Actually, I take that back. I did loose someone on my first playthrough of 2 because I hated them and never pursued any form of conversation with them. I have since learned to appreciate all of the cast.

I understand what you mean completely. I immerse myself in the games, but I always make the choices I think I'd make in real life. If someone is bugging me, I'll renegade and tell them where to shove it. :P same in any game really, I try and make the choices I think I'd make if it were really me.

;A; You view it as I do. Preparation. x: Ahaha, yeah, I need to find a way to completely DA:O. It's so difficult though because I SUCK SO BADLY AT IT. It's ridiculous how incapable I am at that game even though I thoroughly enjoy it. I don't know if I have much interest in DA II because of the multitude of bad reviews though... xD Inquisition DOES look great, though, from what I could tell. I saw Leliana in a recent gameplay video. c:

Worse? I LOVE surveying and mining! XD I think it's a bunch of fun! Mostly because it's good procrastination if you wanna take a break from missions, or you just want the game to stretch out so thinly so you can squeeze the most out of it. Also, herself in my case, thank you.

Bro...I can understand those feels. I tried SO HARD not to let anyone die. I was literally shaking with fear throughout the entirety of ME3 when I played through it for the first time (which was only a few months ago) because I was so desperately afraid of anyone dying. xD Well, anyone I cared about. No other franchise has managed to get me to that point aside from Mass Effect. xD I hope you succeed this time! It's probably more enjoyable when you make the "right" decisions.

I'm totally there with ya, ME is the only game where I've actually just about agonized over moments when a decision I was about to make could have dire ramifications for my crew. I don't think I've ever been brought to such emotion as I was in the Mass Effect series, and multiple times throughout the games at that.

    Weeeeeeell:

    Mass Effect 2 AGAIN 8D
Dragon Age 2 - gotta prep for Inquisition! >:D
    Pokemon X
    Pokemon Emerald
Tomb Raider - the latest one because I am yet to finish it!
SKYRIM - doesn't need a reason. 'Nuff said.

I always play games like ME, DA and Elder Scrolls by moral decision first. Cause I'm a good girl. :D THEN I RUIN LIVES AND SEND EVERYONE TO OBLIVION ON MY SECOND PLAYTHROUGH. >D BWAHAHAHA. I really wanna save up for a PS4 so I can purchase one before Inquisition comes out. Oh my gawd, those graphics... *drools*

I can't wait for Inquisition! After I finish up ME1 I'm going to focus on finishing the DA games as well. I'm in Denerim in DA:O getting ready for the Landsmeet so I don't have too much more before I try to force myself through DA2 again. :P

Everyone seems to hate DAII. While I agree it certainly wasn't great as a sequel, nor is it the best game out there, I don't hate it. I like that they improved the combat system (the one in the first game was kinda awful imo), the graphics, and made some enjoyable characters. I don't like how they took out the races from which you could choose (WHY, FOR THE LOVE OF ARCEUS, WHY?) and made it so that you could only travel around (basically) one town. The game as a whole is a bit on the boring side. BUT. I don't hate it. I prefer the storyline to DA Origins/Awakening much better.

So let's hope Inquisition is amazing! I can't wait to be able to choose to be a Qunari on my first playthrough. :D

TOMB RAIDER IS AWESOME AND YOU WILL THOROUGHLY ENJOY IT. Sam&Lara4eva

Haha yeah, my morals are so painfully strong that they forcibly carry themselves through to the games I play, making me nearly incapable of choosing any option that would upset an NPC who doesn't deserve it. xD As I said, I'm playing KOTOR now and I desperately want to be partly evil, but I find myself unable to do so due to my overbearing sense of morality. xD It's so annoying. I don't want to ruin ANYTHING in the Mass Effect world so I strive so tirelessly to keep everyone happy and alive. XD It's terrible. LOL I TRY TO DO THAT TOO but I fail. Definitely. Frostbite 3 makes things look pretty sweet. Kinda disappointing they didn't want for UE4 although that's probably unrealistic, considering it didn't come out till a short time ago. THOSE GRAPHICS MAN. Maybe in the future they'll use it, considering Mass Effect and a bunch of other games were made with UDK.
