Cute Comic Explores the Life of a Team Magma Grunt

Artist Gooberman has created a cute comic, or doujinshi, titled Dating a Team Magma Grunt. It is a heartwarming look at the growing relationship between the male protagonist of ORAS and a female Magma Grunt, who have started dating after he defeats her in battle. Their adventures are both funny and sweet as they learn about each others worlds. Magma Leader Maxie and Admin Courtney also make appearances as the young couple’s relationship grows.

The art is really cute, too. It stays pretty true to the official style.

I've always been really iffy of relationships between older teens and..."kids," as the doujinshi says. It just seems awkward. A part of me hopes that they aged Brendan up, but at the same time I really like when Brendan takes her to the "Mossdeep Star Show" in an attempt to make her feel like it WASNT something he went to see with May out of any real feelings or anything. XD

This is pretty amazing. I have never been too interested in doujinshi but this one is so cute and fun to read. I can't wait to read more of this story and see where it goes.

I am not sure on the ages but maybe this grunt isn't too much older an simply acting as if she is older because she works with Magma.
