    Oh wow, I LOVE the design of those council pokemon. Especially the noivern and cacturne. They look so cool.

    Yee! Thank you! I especially had fun designing Orion (the Cacturne) - didn't mess around with the Noivern as much, but she's hard to draw since the official design doesn't mesh well with my style. xD
