I hate to seek like a copycat but I really want to have a bard.

Name: Sloane Theodoris

Sex/Gender: Female

Species: fairfolk

Class: Bard

Abilities: Sloane cannot speak a lie (she can, however, write one). She is graceful and swift, but not very strong otherwise. Sloane also dabbles in a little earth magic, able to bend smaller objects of nature (i.e. grass, flowers, etc.) to her will. Her main weapon and protection are her duel daggers. Sloane is ambidextrous, allowing her to use both knives equally well. She is quite skilled with them and is able to disarm a swordsman with her knives. Sloane is, however, severally weak to iron as well as somewhat weak to rowan wood, gravesoil, and salt. She can also be poisoned if Sloane consumes holy water. Sloane can also be forced into servitude by anyone who discovers her true fairfolk name.

Personality: Sloane has somewhat of a multi-personality disorder, seeming to be multiple people sharing one body. On one side, she is a sweet, caring girl who loves adventures and to laugh. She loves to write and tell stories, observing those around her just to record their tales in her storybook. However, Sloane also has somewhat of a demonic strain in her. There is little that can anger her but once those things are discovered, it isn't hard to knock her off her usually optimistic pedestal. Sloane, when angered, is a vicious person, showing little to no mercy for those who cross her. She will attack and attempt to kill whomever has insulted her as well as those who get in her way. Sloane can usually show some restraint with her anger, especially around those who know her, but if an individual presses her buttons too much she will snap. However, this rarely happens. Sloane also has somewhat of a mischievous side to her. When tempted with it, Sloane has been known to like to play tricks on others. They are usually harmless though, doing nothing beyond scaring the victim of the prank. All around Sloane is just a creative individual who seeks adventure and a good story to write about. She also enjoys singing, but prefers to do it in private, and playing the ocarina.

Traits: Sloane is a petit Caucasian female with fairly long golden brown hair. She is 5'2 (62 inches or roughly 157 centimeters) and very sensitive about being called short. She is small in general with her hands and feet being quite small. She has dark brown eyes and wears glasses that she cannot see almost at all without. On a good day she can see two inches in front of her without her glasses. Sloane also has a large scar on her right arm. It is a large discoloration on her skin, almost a brownish black in color from her shoulder to her elbow on her outer arm. There are similar discolorations on her right cheek, front of her neck, and on her left leg.

Backstory: Sloane grew up somewhat alone. Never having met her parents, Sloane was raised in an orphanage with other children until she was close to twelve. After that Sloane left and never looked back, having always hated the place. She began to travel and write stories about the places she visited, creating adventures for the characters in her stories to go on in these locations. She never stayed in one place for too long but Sloane was always very friendly with the locals and made sure to visit places she had already been to when she could. However, Sloane has a particular hate for adventurers due to a previous betrayal. Sloane had fallen for a young adventurer in town named Antonio Bontodias. He lured her under his spell of love but was only using her for the information about the many locations she had visited and the people she knew. Once he was done with her, the adventurer snapped her heart in two, causing Sloane to kill him, but not without being cut in several places with his iron knife. As a result, Sloane is somewhat colder to adventurers.

Extra: Calling Sloane short is a death sentence no matter how friendly she is towards you. Sloane's knives are custom made due to the fact that she is a fairfolk (meaning her weapons cannot be made of iron or steel). The hilts are made from cobalt. They are a darkish gray with light almost silver like lines crossing around the hilt in a wave-like format. The blades are made from a carbon copper alloy mix allowing for strength as well as various other properties such as anti-rust and durability that allow them to go long periods of time without needing to be fixed.
