Sou stood there as she awaited what she thought would be a response similar to the first guys they battled on the bridge. They had showed remorse for what they said and even explained why they had acted that way, but these guys just kind of complained about their loss. The one who had battled and was familiar with Zenith said that it wouldn’t be the last time they would meet before he and the other one disappeared. She scratched her head a bit and looked to Zenith as she sighed in relief. She seemed to be just as unsure as she was about whether she would be able to beat a third opponent in a row. Nonetheless, as Zenith then said, she continued down the bridge where a crowd of people were waiting. She hadn’t noticed Max as soon as Zenith had until she looked in the direction she was facing, but said nothing to him or Sloane. She hadn’t seen the interaction between the two but decided not to say anything. A bunch of people seemed to want Max’s autograph though and she found herself chuckling a bit at that. I wonder if this is normal in crowds of people like this for him?” she pondered.
As she stood in the crowd, she heard a loud whistle, looking over towards a biker who seemed to call for their attention. Sou didn’t really have an expression as she listened to the man talk, introducing four other bikers and then their group. The biker’s caught her attention of course, being they were here to look for a biker gang in the first place. Perhaps these guys were the ones causing all the mayhem up here. Still, the crowd around them cheered instead for matches to come and who would be paired up against who. Luckily, it seemed their pokemon were going healed before the next batch of matches. Thank goodness….” she muttered as she stood beside Zenith. The only thing she really didn’t like about this was the fact that there was a rule that the winner would claim one of the loser’s Pokemon. That, she wasn’t okay with, especially if she somehow ended up losing to one of the biker’s in the semi-finals. No. There was no way she was going to lose! ”I love my partners too much to lose them here.” she thought when Zenith turned to her, asking her what they were going to do. She was clearly upset. ”I….I don’t want to put up any of my Pokemon either…they’re my partners… and my friends. I don’t know… but if those two are going to do it… no. I don’t know Zenith but… do we have a choice here? Especially if well…. you know the reason we came here in the first place….” she muttered before following after Zenith to get her Pokemon all healed up.
After her Pokemon healed, she walked over to the side where she was standing before. ”I don’t like the idea of losing my Pokemon or even putting them up Zen but…. I believe in my partners.” she said.
