Espeon, mostly because I have a better time using it in battle than Glaceon. I still love Glaceon and it was tough for me to choose.

Raichu. Light Ball Pikachu might hit harder, but it's far too dependent on that one item to even be effective, plus Raichu is much faster and is free to use other items besides Light Ball. Also, Raichu needs more love.
