*SIVELOS un-rocks himself and uses a SWORD REPELLANT! All sword-based damage is literally shot back at the user if it hits SIVELOS!*

*APOPH sighs and uses SIVELOS as a meat shield.*

*NIGHTMARE groans and decides to listen in. It's not like it could be something traumatic from his past. That'd be silly.*

*You can't really use SIVELOS as a meatshield! They're decscending FROM THE SKY, no way to duck under him.*

*The COUNTER DAMAGE doesn't activate! It seems BAAL has an ability to prevent counterattack damage! However, the SWORD REPELLANT works.*

*NIGHTMARE hears two voices, both young kids. One sounds like a childversion of himself, while the other is totally unfamiliar, but some kind of teenager similar to himself.*

???: How did you-the Cloak was supposed to make me invincible! You said so!

???: I said 'ALMOST' anything, you idiot. I know you'd pick the Cloak either way, though. But in any case, you still can't think straight, and you call yourself a conqueror. The Sword here? It's that Cloak's one surefire weakness, its aboslute counter. You ought to have really thought through that I would just GIVE you unlimited invincibility. I could easily trap you in here, even.

???: Ugh, you are a-

*It cuts off. Nothing else happens.*

*Well it clearly wasn't TRAUMATIC.*

*casts FROSTBITE; freezing several swords mid-air just before they land*

*opens up two portals, one to receive the swords and another to spit them out into Baal's face*

*Several, out of MILLIONS?!*

*You cannot open a portal where you cannot see!*

*SIVELOS and APOPH are still doing their thing from before. Bluh. Dimensional lag's a pain when the OP can't think of anything, huh?*

*Meanwhile, NIGHTMARE is trying to listen in on the past-vision.*

*APOPH dies of descending swords. SIVELOS lives due to SWORD-REPELLANT.*

*The Elite Ghouls attempt to parry and reflect the swords, though their Kagune blades aren't regenerating fast enough.*

*casts ETERNITY: BLAST OF TEMPEST to blow away several more swords*

*Several, out of MILLIONS?!?!*

*The Ghouls realize that the swords, autonomous as they are, will DEFINITELY not be parried by them anytime soon! They're too tightly knit together!

*NEO casts DIVINITY GAMBIT! NEO now glows with a powerful, holy light! Striking down NEO and causing FATAL DAMAGE will result in an inevitable DIVINITY REPRISAL strike that will deal TREMENDOUS DAMAGE and revive NEO back to FULL HEALTH!*

Neo: Come and get it!

*You feel exhausted, and htis move works like Destiny Bond, but you KNOW this won't fail you now. You die horribly, but are revived above the Sword-storm. BAAL's immunity to counterstrike damage still holds true, but above here, BAAL is a sitting duck!*

*SIVELOS reapplies the SWORD REPELLANT. APOPH uses SIVELOS as a MEAT SHIELD even more.*

*APOPH is dead!*

*casts ETERNITY: RUST; this spell fuses time magicks with the elements of wind and water, causing weathering/rusting/erosion of anything at unnatural speeds; the multiple swords begin to rust as they fall near.*

*You manage to make a hole right through the swords as they continually rust in a constant area, allowing you to get through with some moderate Damage. Your GHOULS follow, but no-one else is close enough to matter. You now have a clear shot at BAAL.*

*SIVELOS and APOPH are bonding via SWORD REPELLING MEAT SHIELD.*

*WANDER uses APOPH as a SWORD REPELLING DOUBLE MEAT SHIELD. Because they literally can't do jack **** right now.*

*You die because of the rapidly DESCENDING swords, which a meatshield isn't going to really help defend against.*

*APOPH struggles free, accidentally dropping SIVELOS, causing both WANDER and APOPH to die by swords. Good job.*

*This basically summarizes everything. Except, they were both already dead.*

*OMINOUS takes DENNIS and THUNDER, and uses DIG! He goes UNDERGROUND. TAZZ and REBECCA follow suit.*

*BAAL deforms from the EDGE OF THE SKY and switches back to using one sword, trying to make out his surroundings. He still can't see for anything, but that'll wear off quickly so for those that survived, you have a clean, retaliatory-free shot RIGHT NOW! I'd make sure to take this opportunity while you can!*
