PS2 has arguably the biggest good game library in existence, so there's a lot I left out/don't remember on the spot.

Kingdom Hearts I & II and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX: Tag Force have to be the best games I've played on the PS2. Though, the latter requires an acquired taste to thoroughly be found enjoyable.
