Just be wary about using digital effects, since you're not supposed to use anything that would give you a digital advantage over traditional art.

Oh, well, yeah, the water effect was meant to look paintbrushy... maybe next time I'll just use traditional mediums from now on, since it's less likely for me to accidentally give me an advantage.
