Few things:
You might want to clarify what kind of time setting the RP is in. I'm getting future to steampunky vibes and nothing really appears to point definitively to one or the other.

Do you have an already planned conflict that isn't in the draft? Right now I don't see any kind of conflict.

Thirdly you mention the world is a paradise however I'm wondering, despite that magic heals the sick and injured, that leans more towards physical illness with injury. As magic I would assume takes physical and mental stability and training to do, what about mental illnesses? Are those healed with a magic touch too? If so I would imagine that would be a strain on the healer/doctor attempting to cure that. Mental illnesses can be ten times as complicated as physical ones.

Also just a random one but why do Chua have efficiencies in Dragon magic? That seems really out of place to me.
