Okay, I'm finally going to leave a comment on this! It looks great, except for a few key things:
The main thing is readability. With all the dark blacks and low contrast, it's really hard to tell what's going on. Don't be afraid to make your colors contrast and stand out against each other more! It also looks like the outline color on the black is lighter than the rest of the body, which adds to the readability problem.

Upon changing those outlines to the darkest black in my graphics program, it's already starting to look better:



Another oddity is how the tail has no outline; it clashes with the style given that the Pokemon style is very line-based.

Okay that makes sense. Yeah the tail was half scratch half leafeon tail as base and I think in trying to get the veins out of the image I might have accidentally gotten rid of the outline. I'll keep the tips in mind next time though!
