It is a deck that I will recommend to anybody. Plasma Klinklang is an amazing card when there are so many EX Pokemon running around. It is really a great shield to protect yourself against.

I can tell you what I know about the Mew-Rats build I faced. He had a 2-2 Raticate line. Maybe three Mew EX. He also ran a Mega Manetric and Toad EX. I guess to retrieve energy and slow the oppenent down as he set up Raticate. The Stadium of choice was Dimension Valley.
