I thought this video was pretty informative, for a theory. It's a good way to think about some of the mechanics' inner workings, although some of them don't make much sense. I suppose that some of the weaknesses were only created for type balancing, however, which makes perfect sense from a mechanics perspective.
Still cool to watch.
