A story about Harry Kim as a Bulbasaur... that's all I need to know for me to be convinced it's good.

Good start, short but sweet. The premise of a Bulbasaur mother giving birth to twins from the future is kind of a neat idea. Reminds me a bit of the Terminator franchise, but it's still quite different in its own way.
