Rowan felt his mind freeze up as Araxie suddenly hugged him. To others it may have seemed a few seconds, but to Rowan it to him an age and a half to brings his nerves back under control, to dare to give Araxie a slight squeeze in return. Then she broke away, rubbing the tears fro her eyes, and leaving Rowan with an empty, lonely feeling in his chest.

He looked at her then glanced down at his own features. "We might stand out some in the south... How about Canada? It's always been a very welcoming place."
