That's actually a tough one. Probably taste, but I was thinking smell originally. If it wasn't for the fact that losing your sense of smell would affect your taste, I totally would pick smell.

*shrugs* Not like my taste isn't screwy anyway.

I disagree with smell - I think smell, for me, brings a lot of pleasure and a lot of memories. Just smelling something for me can trigger a vivid memory and I wouldn't give that up for anything! I'd probably pick taste. I don't think any food is worth losing one of my other five basic senses for. Plus, eating healthy would be a lot easier.

Lol, this entirely! I also find that my smell is important to me, from reliving memories to detecting things like gas. One time that friend I was talking about who can't smell left the gas of his stove on and didn't realise, and his mother got home and was like "HOLY MOLEY THE WHOLE HOUSE IS FILLED WITH GAS." xD He didn't know though, 'cause he can't smell!

While both of y'all are correct in your own rights, I rarely ever associate smells with good things. All I ever get is headaches and migraines triggered from smells and whenever I do smell something that I might actually enjoy, it's usually an overdose that irritates my nose rather than pleasures it. But I get random cravings for food a lot and losing taste would mean never being able to satisfy those cravings which would just be complete torture for me.
