I seem to have an unusually high pain threshold when occupied. My example being that I broke my wrist playing football (as a goalkeeper) and had to have surgery on it. Four years later. Because I hadn't noticed that I'd broken it (I assumed a simple joint sprain; and I blame the adrenaline). And yes, I was still playing football all the while during those years.

So yeah, I always seem to have cuts and bruises that I can't properly explain. But I work on construction sites and own two kittens, so there's always a reason.

    It's not just me.

    *heavenly choir goes here*

All the time, in case you couldn't tell. Just suddenly "how did I bruise/cut myself here THIS time?"

I literally broke my toe once and could not for the life of me remember when it happened. I mean, I probably kicked something by accident, but I have no idea what it was that got kicked or when it happened. You would imagine breaking a toe would be something that one would have at least a bit of memory of, but nope! Only remember how much of a pain it was to deal with the toe after it was broken.
