Unless anyone needs something changed it'll be as it's in the game before the Civil war quests take place, so the current Jarl of Riften is Laila. Eorlund Gray-Mane is the best smith still, no need to worried about that. I'll probably have it that my character could learn a few things from Vorgu since she's normally a friendly person. We'll just have to see how the roleplay plays out I guess.

I would agree about the Dovahkiin, but everyone who signed up for that role also had their character in the Thieves Guild. So no matter what the Dragonborn was going to come from the Guild. That's just how it happened.
