Regulation F is for fun!
Those taking part in the Pokemon Video Game Championships at the Regional and Local level will see a return to Regulation F.
Regulation F will be the official return to the Pokemon Championship Series for Video Game Challenge and Cups on the local level. This will also be for format for Pokemon Regionals. Regulation F will be in effect from December 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2026.
During Regulation F format, all Pokemon from the Scarlet & Violet National PokeDex will be legal. No Restricted Pokemon will be allowed.
