I used to have really bad eating habits. I wouldn't eat breakfast, sometimes I'd even skip lunch if I was at Uni and got stuck doing work. Other times I'd have a really late dinner, and I rarely snacked in between. My stomach hated me for that, and as a result I ended up with scarring all over my esophagus. 3:
Not that I can really eat now, but if I could I'd have my usual three meals a day, and snacks in between. I learned that it's really important to make sure you eat, and that several smaller meals during the day are actually better than a few large ones. I couldn't fit in large meals anyway. xD I can't remember how I ever went without breakfast though, from the very moment I wake up now I'm so starved that I need to eat.
