I actually have yet to play Animal Crossing... maybe now's the time. :o

I've played it some here and there. I personally like Harvest Moon and Stardew Valley a bit more but Animal crossing definitely has its own perks.

Harvest Moon was decent, but it does leave my action-craving side unfulfilled. I got really into the SNES version way back when, played the N64 a bit, but then that was pretty much it. It's a nice little game for those that don't like the pressure of fighting monsters and terrorists, but to me... I'd rather play a hero.

Only Animal Crossing game I've ever played was Wild World. It was... eh, didn't really get into it. But who knows, if the version they have for the Switch seems interesting, I might give it a second chance.

I've played Harvest Moon for the 3DS, couldn't get into it a ton, even though I really wanted to. Stardew Valley is probably my favorite, but even then I couldn't get super into it.

My best friend tried to get me to get the Animal Crossing way back on the Wii then buy some microphone for it to play. I didn't. Tbh, Animal Crossing to me doesn't seem all that fun. I tried the mobile one and didn't really find it that great. Liked the holiday event, it it wasn't enough really.

Pocket Camp isn't really a good representation of the Animal Crossing franchise as a whole. But if you want to try it out maybe buy one of the older games first since they're a bit of a better representation.

My personal favorite is actually the original Animal Crossing but that might be a bit tough to get your hands, so New Leaf might be a better option in terms of availability.

I'll try to get New Leaf! And yeah, I also don't have an N64 so I would need that too to try the original. XD
