As people began to take a knee around her, she did the same. No need to stand out. She had already raised a few concerns by letting the terminal slip her mind. Now, she needed to focus and blend in. But then, she saw his face, and her heart stopped. The memories of what everyone else had perceived as a nightmare came flooding back. She knew it wasn't a nightmare. She knew it was something more. It had to have been. But now, he was here. Garit Lefu. The events of that alternate universe were now starting to come to pass. Or was this... also an alternate timeline? Kyo shook her head when she realized she had missed chanting back the "Give praise" with everyone else. Now was not the time. She needed to focus.

Kyo stood with the others when instructed. She wanted to regroup with the others but first she needed to gather more information. What was this man's plan? His purpose? What was he going to say? He had turned Rose into a monster in the alternate universe. Was that what he intended to do here as well? A thought struck her. What if the device they intended to implant in Rose after the trial was some sort of controlling device. Kyo bit her lip. Not good. Not good at all. But she had no proof. These were just theories. She couldn't bring it up in trial. They'd declare her a lunatic. Maybe she was. But either way, that left their only option as escape. But first, she needed to listen.

Meghan made a joke about him re styling his hair. His hair had to be bad then, he started trying to pat it down as he said "Is it really that bad?". While he was patting down his hair, Rocky offered to pick up Meghan so they could travel faster which she agreed.

From there they headed down the hallways until they reached where they split in 2 directions. Meghan said ""We need to split up temporarily. We need to get Alice and Rose and our pokemon. We don't know where the ladder is. However, without our pokemon we run the risk of getting stuck in here no matter what. I know I for one will feel better to have some protection. What do you say big guy?" as she spoke, Brandon picked up his hat and put it back on his head.

Brandon knew she was right, as smart as it would be to stick together, they stood almost no chance at escaping without their pokemon and Brandon wouldn't want to escape without them anyway. Brandon knew they would have to split up, it was the only way to find Alice and Rose and get their pokemon at the same time. Brandon also knew he would have to go alone to save their pokemon because Meghan was too weak to get around without Rocky.

Brandon said "You two go and find Alice and Rose, I will go find our pokemon. Your right Meg, we won't make it out of here without them and even if we could, we can't leave them behind, those pokemon would risk their lives to save us, its our turn to do the same for them. I will find our pokemon and meet you back here in 20 minutes or so ok?"

Brandon did not wait for a reply, he bid them good luck, told them he would back soon with their pokemon and then started walking down the right hallway towards what he hoped would lead him to his pokemon.

Seeing Garit dredged up a lot of old emotions that Kyo had moved past. It appeared as though Giratina still has plans for their world.

"As many of you know recently we came together to remember the incident at Virudian Forrest on May 1st. 2015. Kanto lost 9 young trainers at the beginning of their jourines in a bizarre and horrific event. In response we the people fought back and destroyed the dangerous weedles. In less than a decade we had all but eradicated all of the weedles, kakunas and beedrills. Since then we had experienced a relatively peaceful time until that is that the mt moon cave in happened, after that we had the attacks on vermilion, the s.s Anne and now we have the pokemon tower. So why pick today of all days to make a statement ? We have gotten evidence that we believe confirms a theory. 3 years ago we built a memorial with 9 names on it. Yesterday this footage came out from the attack and we were able to identify 5 of the suspects. All of which we linked back to childern who died. My office is in disbelief to say the least. We believe a new gem has been found and it has granted the power of transformation. Some place in kanto 5 trainers are walking around with the faces of dead trainers. This is the most distasteful and evil thing weve seen since our formwr beloved championship Max who to this day lays in a coma after being buried alive in Mt. Moon." Garit paused

He looked at the screen in such a way that Kyo felt like he was looking through the tv at her.

" Those of you out there who dont belong we are going to find you. I call on all organizations to assist in the capture of these people.

With the bombsell dropped Kyo had collected the info she needed. Now it was time to make a fast choice.

Aaaaaand now was the time to run. None of this really made any sense. She knew about the Mt. Moon cave in, as well as the SS Anne and Pokemon Tower since she had been there for the latter. But they had died in Virdian Forest? And now the Beedrill species was nearly extinct as a result? Wow she had missed a lot. In addition, Max was supposedly in a coma, so that meant he couldn't be the champion downstairs then. Now she regretted not investigating that further, but what could you do. She didn't have anymore time to waste.

A chill ran down her spine as the president seemed to speak with her. It was like Giratina knew she was there and didn't belong. The theories of whether or not this was an alternate timeline resurfaced in her mind. It had happened once, even if she was the only one who could remember it. Who's to say it wouldn't happen again. But that raised the question. If the rest of her teammates were dead in this universe, then how come she was perfectly normal? She'd have to mull it over as she walked. She needed to regroup with everyone, which meant heading to where Rose and Alice were first. Quickly slipping away from the group, she began to head for where Rose and Alice were being kept. Meg and the others could handle themselves, but since Rose and Alice didn't know what was going on, they'd need a little help.

"I'm sorry Alice... I can't sense anything." Rose responded, sad that she couldn't help in any way. "I can't do anything without Amirah." she continued, worried about what might have happened to her partner. Rose suddenly remembered the dampener that was around her neck.

"Maybe... If we could get this off I might be able to do something." Rose said, pointing at the device. She knew though that if they removed it, someone would likely take notice. Worst case scenario, it would set off an alarm that the device had been tampered with.

As Garit spoke people began to whisper right in front of Kyo. Kyo was smart enough to see the writing on the wall. The grunts now knew they had potential powered people masquerading as dead teens. Kyo couldn't risk trusting that Team Rocket would side with her over Giratina who obviously had taken control of this world. Wasting no time she headed to Alice and Rose. Little did she know she the others had already been heading that way.

Rocky carried Meghan through the hall. They passed a room where all the guards were focused on the screen. The two paused for a moment. The man on the screen didnt look familiar to them. They just kept moving until the point where Rocky found a wheelchair and put Meghan in it. Thinking on his feet he quickly snuck past some of the staff who were focused on the screen and grabbed a lab coat and a bagel. He then started to push Meghan who now just looked like a sick person to the intermediate care unit. When the reached the door to the IMCU. They found they were stuck. They needed to be swiped in but no one was around. Next, to the door, they saw a storage case that was marked in case of emergency. Inside were a couple of pokeballs but they didnt have keys for that either. Just when all hoped seemed lost Kyo appeared. She saw the two trying to get in and luckily reached them just in time to scan them in. Meghan smiled at Kyo. Playing telling her "Took you long enough."
Once they were all in together they headed past the grunts quickly to find Rose and Alice.

Alice tried to remove the device from around Rose's neck but found it would be impossible without a special key.

Kyo took the lead with Rocky and Meghan following behind as they finally reconnected with Rose and Alice. Meghan who was still shaky got up and rushed over to Rose.
" Rose!" She smiled hugging her.

She smiled at Alice.
" You ready to get out of here we need to move."

Alice nodded
" Yes please. but we need our pokemon."

The team headed out quickly only to be cut off as the exited the imcu.

" This simply wont do." The Rocket Director said folding her arms

" and I thought today was going to be boring."

"Ox...you take the big guy. I got the rest of them."

Ox cracked his knuckles charging at Rocky. Ox was a big man but so was Rocky.

Meghan was still weak as she pushed back the wheelchair. Her and Alice were obviously to weak and Rose was blind.

" Kyo." She said leaning against the wall.

" I know these are you people but please..but please we really need you more."

The female grunt Penelope stepped forward
" Youre one of us. Step aside. We have terrorist trash to deal with." She said warning Kyo to stand down.

Meghan and Alice both turned to the Director. Meghan spoke first.
"We are getting the key for our friends device. Give it to us our we will take it." She hissed

Alice didnt like the thought of attacking someone but they were trapt.
" Ill go for the legs you get the key."

The director was shocked as she was taken to the ground. Meghan wrestled her keys off her and slide them to Roses feet. It was up to her to get the steel device off her neck.

Brandon ran through the halls searching for the room with pokemon. He looked in every room he could and checked every door. When he reached a door that looked more secure than the others he tried his best to open it up. He tried over and over to do this but the door was locked and heavily enforced.

After a few minutes, two grunts saw the trainer struggling and ran over to stop him

"Kid! What the hell are you doing?" One said balling his fist.

The other looked at him.
" Lay down on the floor now with your hands behind your back or we will hurt you!"

Rocky smiled as Ox approached.

"My parents always told me that I mustn't use my full force on people who are smaller than me! I cannot express how much I am going to enjoy this!"

He met Ox's charge with his own counter-charge.

They were evenly matched, pushing against each other. Rocky smiled, finally, no more holding back. With a loud grunt he attempted to get underneath Ox and lift him into the air to throw him against the wall.

"I've got this guy...oooph" Rocky took a solid punch to the ribs and returned the favour. "Get Rose free so we can show these Pokemon thieves what real power is!"

Brandon searched the halls until he found a door that was really secure. Brandon figured his pokemon were in there. He yelled at the door to his pokemon "Don't worry guys I'm coming for ya!" even though he knew they were likely in pokeballs and unable to hear him. Brandon tried everything to break the door down. He tried kicking it, punching it, ramming into (which hurt alot). Brandon thought to himself "I wish rocky was here... this door would stand no chance against him!". He was about to see if he could jimmy the lock when 2 grunts appeared and yelled to him "Kid! What the hell are you doing?" and the other one said "Lay down on the floor now with your hands behind your back or we will hurt you!".

Brandon knew he would need the element of surprise to beat 2 grunts. He decided to play the confused and helpless child card in hopes of making the guards underestimate him until he was close enough to get spring into action.

Brandon put his hands up and said in his most scared voice "Please don't hurt me! I am lost! I was looking for the nurses station, I thought this door looked familiar and was banging on it to get their attention" as he said he slowly moved towards the grunts, who now seemed abit confused. Brandon continued the act as he moved forward "You gotta help me guys, I am overdue for my insulin, if I don't get it soon I will pass out" the guard with his fist balled up seem to ease up a bit, and right as he did Brandon was close enough to act.

Brandon, hands still up kicked the grunt on the left's feet out from under him, causing him to hit the ground hard. Brandon then immediately punched the other grunt in the face twice, as hard as he could. He then shoved him into the wall. Brandon saw out of the corner of his eye the other grunt trying to get up so he kicked him three times in the head and face, causing his nose to start gushing blood. He then jumped on his back twice to ensure he wouldnt be getting up.

By now the other grunt was charging towards him, right as he was about to bull tackle him, Brandon leaped out of the way and sent the grunt running straight into the other wall. Brandon then tried to kick his legs out, but the grunt grabbed his leg and twisted it a bit. Brandon fell to the ground, but the adrenaline in him prevented him from feeling any pain. He used his other leg to kick the guy in his stomach. The guy winced and let go of Brandon's leg. Brandon then immediately sprang back up to his feet, as he did, the guy landed a punch straight to his face. It stung, but not enough to do anything but make Brandon really angry!

Brandon yelled "YOU MADE A BIG MISTAKE...." and with that he charged the guy, the guy fell backwards into the wall. Brandon then punched the guy repeatedly in the face. As blood started gushing from his lip and nose, Brandon kicked the guy in the baby maker, making him howl and bend over in pain. It was then Brandon kicked the guys legs out from under him. Jumped on his back to make it too painful to move, then pulled him over to where the other grunt now lie.

Brandon guessed these grunts knew the code to the door and he shouted at them "THE CODE TO THE DOOR! WHAT IS IT! TELL ME NOW!"

Rose winced slightly as she felt Alice tugging at the device around her neck. It was clear that it wasn't going to be coming off that easily. Suddenly Rose heard Meghan's voice. Rose jumped slightly, surprised as Meghan hugged her. "Is everyone here?" Rose questioned, hearing the footsteps of several others.

Rose held onto Meghan's hand as they made their way towards the exit. Suddenly Rose heard more footsteps from up ahead, followed by unfamiliar voices. It was clear that they had run into trouble. She heard one of the grunts refer to them as "terrorist trash." Did the White Rockets really think that they were responsible for destroying the Pokemon Tower?

Rose heard the sounds of a struggle when Alice and Meghan wrestled the director for the key. Suddenly she heard a metallic clang near her feet. Was that the key? Rose knelt down and felt around, trying to find it. After a moment, she felt an object. Sure enough, it was a key. Rose fumbled with the key, trying to find where to insert it. She could feel what felt like a place to insert a key, and after several attempts, managed to slide it in.

Rose heard a slight click as she turned the key.

Kyo moved quickly away from the crowd to where Alice and Rose were. Meeting Rocky and co there, Kyo unlocked the door for them and entered the room. Then everything happened at once when the White Rockets entered the room.

Glancing between Meg and the White Rockets, Kyo knew she had a choice. And she already knew her answer. Opening one of her pokeballs, her Meowstic appeared on all fours between them and the White Rockets. She growled and her fur stood up along her spine. Raising her ears, she let them glow to show she was ready to let off a psychic blast at any moment.

"Consider me one of the terrorist trash then," Kyo said, getting into a fighting stance. "Because we're getting out of here."
