Shiny Pokemon You Captured/Breed: Fennekin which was my starter I chose the day X came out. It just happened to be shiny on my first start up of X :D I freaked out. 2 Lampents both in FS under 20 encounters, a Phantump in FS under 15 encounters, 2 Snorunts I managed to MM at egg 4 and 41, and an Azurill that I got wonder trading on like day 4 or something of having the game. O.o
Favorite Method of gettting Shinys: I don't have one really. A shiny is a shiny :p

Currently looking in the safari for a shiny Pumpkaboo. Day 2...... >.>

So, on a whim I took a break from breading Froakie to try for a shiny swirlix for my fairy team. 79 eggs in and the last egg before I was going to give up, I found him!!

Edit: I just caught a shiny Drowzee in the Communitylocke!!

Edit again: Caught a shiny Roselia last night while training my False Swipe farfetch'd on X.

Edit much later: I finally finished MM breeding a shiny Eevee!! Now I have a shiny Sylveon for my Fairy team on X.

I picked up a shiny Oddish on Wonder Trade today, only a few days after getting a shiny Floette the same way! Wonder Trade is nice to me. Much nicer than the Masudo Method. It hates me with a burning passion.
