Another time, I think Max intends for him to be a reoccurring rival of the Triple Thread Squad. But, in the meantime, I think we're looking at a triple wipeout right out of the starting gate. Not exactly a great way to start... :C

All gcea stories start off with a loss or two. It's supposed to represent new trainers in a place where everyone else has been training for at least a year. However as far as bad crap happening you guys have it lucky so far

My job and goal as a gm is to draw out your characters some it comes naturally though traveling and training. Some of it is going to be me fighting you for every inch to draw that character out. You reactions to npc's and events shape the story. :)
