Sou stretched her legs out as she slowly woke up, rubbing the two of her eyes with the two of her hands before letting out a yawn. She made a clicking sound with her mouth and made a face as she had a weird taste in her mouth, such was normal in the morning though. For a few minutes she laid there until she felt she was awake enough and then slowly pushed herself up to a sitting position, her hair a mess and out of her hair piece. She probably had flung it which was pretty normal itself. ”…..another one, thank goodness I packed a bunch of them before I left home…” she thought as she stepped out of her sleeping bag. It seemed as though Max was gone at that time as well as Ethan, but most of their stuff was still in their camping area. Probably a morning walk she thought as she kneeled back down to go into her bag. She chuckled to herself a bit as she heard what sounded like a giggle from Altea, still knocked out. Zenith had seemed to be just getting up as well. As she rummaged through her bag she pulled out a hair piece and then a comb, combing through her hair until it was free of knots, then putting it up in her normal ponytail. The morning felt nice, a nice breeze blowing against her face as she yawned yet again. Had she not experienced the events from yesterday, she would have thought it was all just a really bad nightmare. But it had really happened, but that was over now. They were probably going to continue on their journey now with hopefully no more of….dealing with legendaries she hoped. If they were all like that, she didn’t want to encounter any if she could help it. Once she was done putting her things away and rolling up her sleeping bag, Sou stood up, Max and Ethan just coming back from their walk. Max then called, saying it was time for something and then asking if any of them were good with maps.

Puff had gone back into her poke ball sometime during the morning and Lyna was standing beside her. ”Maps huh…? I can read one alright enough, but they can still confuse me a bit…probably best to say I don’t..” she thought when Sloane spoke up about Altea being good with them. She smiled, that Altea girl was really something and giggled to herself at a thought. Altea seemed to be really excited about getting to Cerulean, just as she was. When she mentioned Misty however, Max turned away, making Sou tilt her head, but spoke up as if to change the subject. She raised her eyebrow but was more interested in getting to Cerulean. After a quick comment from Max to Altea, it appeared they were on their way. As they walked, she began to think back a little to yesterday and even this morning, thinking on all the members of their group. Compared to most of them, while she was completely aware of it, she was extremely average and probably below that in some areas. Some wild Spearow though distracted her from her thoughts. She had a Fearow already, so in case someone wanted to catch one, she hung back, watching. As she sat back watching, she checked through her pokemon and saw that some of them had indeed grown stronger through that whole ordeal.

Sloane tapped her chin in thought. Missy's gym was a water type gym. Just like at Brock's gym, Sloane had no advantages here. It might be useful to catch a grass or electric type as Max has suggested, but since Sloane was not familiar with this area, she wasn't sure what she could get. She sighed a little and scratched her head.

"What to do? Can't risk Ascalon or Carwennan. Clarent and Arondight might be able to handle it but I think some training is in order to get everyone up a little ways in the level category."

As they walked, Sou looked up as Max mentioned that the new gym would be the water gym, most likely in Cerulean City. She smiled a bit at the thought of having another crazy battle with a Gym Leader. Brock was really fun for her to fight, so she imagined this Misty was definitely going to be lots of fun, which brought up his next point. They’d need a grass or electric type if they wanted to have the upper hand against Misty. She had a grass and bug type in Paras, but a thunder type would probably be a lot of fun to have. She looked at the current members of her team and noticed that one of them had any glaring weakness to water type pokemon, but only Paras had super effective moves to fight with. That would be a problem. hmmm….I sure hope we’re able to run into an electric type before we take on the Gym. I wonder what kind too if we do.” she said, a bit more excited by the idea. She even began scanning the areas better as they walked, a hopeful look on her face.

Zenith walked along with the others, listening as they talked. Apparently, the next gym was a water-type gym run by a girl named Misty. And Max apparently knew this girl, because Zenith had seen his reaction to the name. She didn't dwell on it, however, and she didn't bother to ask Max about it. His personal life was, well, personal. She had no right to pry.

After a while, some Spearow appeared, and Zenith had a strange urge to catch one. She didn't know why, but she wasn't going to worry about it. She then grabbed Kamau's Poke Ball and threw it.

"Kamau, let's go!" Zenith said.

Kamau appeared in a bright white light, and got into a stance.

Once the Poke Ball stopped wiggling, it was teleported to the PC storage system. Once that was done, Zenith continued walking with the others.

Kamau looked up at Zenith, sensing something was somewhat wrong with her. "Riri, rio?" he asked, a concerned look on his face.

Zenith had a feeling of what he was trying to ask, and smiled. "I'm alright, buddy. I just have a headache, that's all. We went through some crazy stuff last night."

"Rio?" Kamau said, tilting his head to the side.

"Don't worry, I'll tell you about it sometime," Zenith said, chuckling slightly. She then took out her PokeDex and smiled as she saw some of her pokemon had gotten stronger, and even evolved.

This is great, I should be able to do well at the Cerulean Gym like this, Zenith thought. She put her PokeDex away and walked with the others. She frowned slightly as she began to think about yesterday. So much had happened. They had encountered a legendary pokemon, and had almost died. But what disturbed her more was what Max had said while Slowking had controlled him. He had said that she, Sou, Ethan had died. How could that be? They were all very much alive, as far as she knew. She sighed and shook her head, not wanting to think about it. It wouldn't do her any good. She then decided to try and distract her thoughts with talking to the others.

"So, I guess once we get to Cerulean City, we'll be doing some training, right?" Zenith asked. "I wonder if we'll run into any electric types on the way... I'd love to have one for the gym battle."

Zenith was just as confused as Sloane. She had no idea what the place was that Max referred to. She knew some electric-types lived in wooded areas, like Pikachu, but this area was also mountainous. It was filled with primarily ground- and rock-types, so finding electric-types would be impossible.

"Really? You know where to find some electric-types?" Zenith asked.

Kamau kept a watchful eye out, looking for any danger.

" Where I come from in Orre..Agata village..Well near Agata Village. My Village is even more remote and called the hidden city. Instead of traditional school we are thought functioning roles in to support our community. Not many people leave home as you can imagine. We are not like the Amish in Unova or anything we have power. However the elders keep us following a lot of the traditions. There is only one class of trainers allowed to leave.. The Shadow Tracker.. The reason we...They get the title is because they influence over known history is almost none existent..The only glory for a Shadow Tracker is the hunt and release. "Ohh my point! The Trackers...once they leave they cant ever return." He sighed

"I know of a tracker that lives near here. There are hidden villages all over the globe. Its a little detour but we maybe able to find something there."

Sloane watched Max silently. He seemed a bit uncertain and… had she detected a hint of sadness in his explanation? Sloane could see he was upset by the thought of never returning to the hidden village in Orre. But it was still not her place to probe. Max's business was Max's business. Sloane nodded to herself then hesitated.

"Curse my inherent curiosity." Sloane grumbled before looking back at Max. "I'm ok with going to this hidden village if everyone else is ok with it."
