From CoroCoro, and numerous other sources, two special 3DS XL versions, with both Xerneas and Yveltal, have been announced. They will go on sale September 27, though without the game, as the games release October 12th. That’s right, you can show off to your friends that you’re going to get X or Y (or both, even!) approximately two weeks before the actual game are released. However, you’ll still have to buy the games when they comes out. A red or blue background are your choices, with black and white throughout. Will you be collecting both, one, or neither? Or will you just purchase a 2DS instead for $129? The prices for these consoles are $199.99 USD.
