We now know when Pokemon TCG Online is going away!
Several big dates have been revealed regarding the two online clients to play the Pokemon TCG. This includes the date when Pokemon TCG Online will finally be turned off. Meanwhile, we know the date when Pokemon TCG Live will be officially launched!
The Sunset of Pokemon TCG Online
We now have the date of when Pokemon TCG Online will be sunset. The Pokemon TCG Online client will be shut down on June 5th, 2023. On this date, the app will be removed from all app stores.
You will still be able to migrate your account information to Pokemon TCG Live after June 5th.
The Official Release of Pokemon TCG Live
Pokemon TCG Live will be live starting on June 8th, 2023. That means that the client will be out of beta and officially launched. The new client will launch ahead of the next Pokemon TCG set, Paldea Evolved. This TCG set release on the following day, June 9th.
If you log into the Pokemon TCG Live beta prior to June 6th then you will be able recieve special rewards. These rewards include a Global Beta Coin, Deck Box and Sleeves.
