Time to ring in the Christmas season with all new items from the Pokémon Center!
With Thanksgiving gone, it’s time to bring the Christmas season into full swing, and the Pokémon Center has done just that! They have released a new collection called the “Joyous Winter Tree Holiday Collection” featuring five items. Rockruff and Alolan Vulpix get warm winter coats in their new Poképlushes and the latest Pikachu Poképlush has him dressed up like a tree. A three-pack of pins showing off the Pokémon in their festive wear is also featured in this collection. Lastly, a pack of twelve greeting cards with seals & envelopes has not only our festive friends, but also a bunch of other Alolan Pokémon including Alolan Raichu, Rowlet, Comfey, Alolan Dugtrio, and many more.
In addition, to help those that may not know as much about the Pokémon series, the Pokémon Center has pulled together a gift guide to help you find just the right gift! Not only does it feature the six most popular items so far this holiday season, but it has even created six unique sections dedicated to different kinds of trainers. There is a TCG section featuring the best decks the TCG section has to offer. There is an “On the Go” section featuring hoodies, water bottles, and Pokémon GO merchandise. There’s a “Seasoned Trainers” section that features the most popular items from collections centering around Pokémon from previous generations as well as few articles of Sun and Moon merchandise as well. There is a “Young Trainers” section predominantly featuring t-shirt, plushies, as well as copies of Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Last, but certainly not least, there is a collector’s section, featuring all sorts of items like new Pokémon Gallery Figures, premium Gym Badge sets, Nendoroid figures, holiday plush, classic pins, and art prints by Ken Sugimori.
Featured this week was the hoodies section. It includes everything from the newly released Triple Threat hoodie to the original Team Aqua and Team Magma hoodies. So with winter on the horizon for those in the Northern Hemisphere, be sure to grab those hoodies now so you can bundle up for the cold.
In regards to new releases, the Pokémon Center has a few new items ready for you to grab right before the holiday season. First, the new Nintendo 2DS XL-Poké Ball Edition has been released. Featuring a Pokéball graphic on the front, it’s a great item to buy and play when you get UltraSun and UltraMoon. In addition, two new D-Ring binders have been released for TCG. They feature Rotom Dex and both forms of Vulpix, making carrying your decks so much easier. Rotom Dex and Alolan and Regular Vulpix also get their own playmats as well, but they are not the only ones. Added to the Triple Threat collection, a playmat featuring Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon has also been released. Finally, a Kuttari Cuties Playmat, featuring several Pokémon including all the eeveelutions, Pikachu, Zorua, Emolga, Lucario, Vulpix, and more.
