A special Torchic is currently available for download over Wi-Fi to Pokemon X and Y games. This Torchic has the Hidden Ability Speed Boost and is holding the item Blazikenite, which allows Blaziken to Mega Evolve.
This event finishes on January 14th, so if you haven’t downloaded it yet, follow the instructions here to receive your own Torchic via Mystery Gift. You need to be connected to Wi-Fi.
Also a reminder that if you have ever used the Global Link for Pokemon Black, White, Black 2 or White 2, you should head to the new Global Link website and register your X and Y game(s) to your Pokemon Trainer Club Account before January 13th. Players who do so will receive a special bonus! The games must be registered to the same Pokemon Trainer Club Account that was used for Black, White, Black 2 or White 2 to be eligible.
