I guess, but we kinda want to complete the Pokedex so I think Squirtle would be best. Its really up to you, though; we will most likely have multiple chances to evolve Pokemon.

But nonetheless if it can be helped, one person should take care of different evolutionary lines than the others in the team for maximum dex efficiency.
