You haven't met the requirements to get the scyther yet. Additionally, you cannot get a shiny unless all the posts you did were NOT in the Fun & Games section, like the rules said.

Post count at hatch: 1,802

You need to get to 1,802 posts before you can claim your scyther. Right now you have 1,772 posts. You made 10 posts, not 40. That is evidently not enough.

Please read the rules next time before asking me via VM in a manner that was not very polite. I suggest going over the rules.
