That awkward moment when someone messages you on Deviantart asking you to join the LakeValor forums. I feel like I'd be cheating on PXR.

I checked it out just out of curiosity.

I don't really see anything they have that we don't. I think the only exception is they have a marketplace for trading art and stuff using PokePoints as a kind of currency. It's unique, but I'm not really sold on it. Meanwhile, on the other hand, there's a LOT that PXR has that they're missing.

Meanwhile, I still think we have more. For me, the site runs a bit slow and some of their graphics are cool-looking, but others are kind of overdoing it with the neon glows and seem a little bit too showy if you know what I mean (and my goodness there's an over-abundance of Poke balls everywhere! XD).

I dunno, personally, I would just stick with PXR. Not to mention we love having you here. :3

Yeah honestly I wasn't planning to join. I am always very nervous upon joining new forums so I tend to refrain from doing so out of social anxiety fears. But at the same time I hate telling people no.

Argh the dilemma.

I felt the same back when EGC was still around.

I also tried big communities, I'm okay with smogon but Serebii for some reason I don't like. Don't ask me why because i have no freakin clue. I will say Smaller communities are my favorite, easily able to form tight nit families.

I was part of Serebii for a while, mostly focusing on the Role Play area (which has pretty much dried up around there). My activity there dropped like a rock, but I was active some time ago. I may drop by once a week as a lurker just to see if any new RP has an idea I can use as inspiration as a starting point to do my own thing, but that's rare. Usually I'm not too crazy about what I see over there anyway. And the other thing is right now, I do quite a bit of other stuff and RPing kind of got bumped down the priority list for me.

Since things aren't too active there anyway, I don't post. I've also been infracted there three times for such insignificant stuff. Mods there NEVER warn, they just outright infract for the littlest things. For example, I told a few friends over there by VM about the WAR over here. They regarded that as advertising. No warning, just infract.

Needless to say, I love this place so much more.

That sounds like a troll infraction, or modzy getting cranky

But yea, i mostly stay here and zelda universe. Mostly here.

Yeah PF1 had the same problem with their mods. I got a permaban without warning and to this day have no idea why I was banned. I have my suspicions but nothing concrete.
