AND OMG, I WOULD LOVE THAT AND IT WOULD BE AWESOME but I would be abusing my admin privileges. But heck, that's how the Pikachu Survivor Game got started in the first place. "Oh, I wanna change people's avatars and sig banners into Pikachu, but I can't do that without a good reason!" Boom, game created, consent requested, insanity infested. It's funny how sensations like that get started. XD

Maybe have it as a small event or something. An Emolga God (Admin in this case) is just bored. So decides to take requests to fufill or just have fun pulling off pranks xD. The PSG is awesome! I should just have a sign up thread and consent form where people will be okay with being on the receiving end of random, mystery, Neo Emolga mischief. There's no telling when, where, and how it will strike, but it'll be fun. Well, mostly for me, but you'll never know what'll happen!

As for PSG, DO IT, you know I'd be in on that!
