I have heard of cases where those that were comatose could still hear things that were said to them. It's also one of the last things to go as someone is passing away. Maybe say something heartfelt to her or play her favorite song one more time.

Yeah sadly the doctors may do more depending on the condition, but it's all down to time now in the hands of fate and God. Time will only tell. Still keeping you and your family in my prayers.

I'm glad they didn't have a problem with that. I can't see why they would, but sometimes doctors are sticklers about everything.

Yeah, I think if I was pulled off life support and the only thing I could do was listen while I was passing on, I think some nice, soft music would be nice. Something calm and peaceful like Explosions in the Sky would hit just the spot.

Ha, ha, yeah, my dad hates my taste in music. I had to do a playlist we could both agree on, or else we were never going to listen to anything but silence during long car rides.
