You could still backup your good stuff, reformat, and reinstall everything. It's a long process, but it at least gets your computer back up and kicking once again. Unless of course your computer was so old to the point where it's just not worth it. I've had that happen before.

If you're fidgety, then you can spin them. So you can be fidgeting without being distracted or distracting.
