The Devil Wears Prada was very hard to stomach and was all too easy to relate to. But yeah, if that was me, I would have walked out and quit as early on in the movie as the interview (and yes, I have walked out on especially crappy job interviews). On a job interview, the person being interviewed isn't the only one making a first impression. A bad job and a bad manager will only turn you into a bad person, so if something seems very wrong on day one, run.

Vin Diesel has said they're already planning at least 2-3 more. Now though The Rock has come out and shown some new pictures they took of him using a certain style. Said one of the reasons is it might lead to a Fast and Furious spinoff for his character.

You could always do some research on the matter. Though I have heard of cases of people becoming voice actors by chance; sometimes animators and storyboarders and even directors end up providing voices for certain characters.
