So I don't cut the tags off but they tend to get ripped off by accident sometimes because they're all my bed buddies

Unfortunately, since they don't make any new Emolga plushies, I'd have to learn how to make my own.

As far cutting tags off, yeah, I usually get rid of those.

True, but then if you want to use it in an RP, it becomes tricky if you start allowing legendaries. You might end up having people bringing in Dialga, Giratina, and Arceus if you have such a clause.

I thought they did? The sleeping Pokémon ones? Wasn't there an Emolga one?
